Refund Policy

Online Courses

B.E.S.T. will consider a partial or full refund of any non-expired, incomplete course upon request. B.E.S.T. reserves the right to either approve or deny a requested refund. Once the refund has been issued, any incomplete courses cannot be reinstated.

B.E.S.T. will NOT issue refunds for expired courses.

Course Expiration

In order to ensure course content is both current and compliant, course availability is for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

Self-Study Courses

Are good for one year from date of purchase. After the one year you have the option to purchase an examination for an extra fee of $25.00. Courses are not refundable, we reserve the right to grant a school credit to an individual whom was not completely satisfied with their order and has not tested and/or received credit.

Note: The book must be in original form when returned. Any book that has been written in or is not resalable voids this option.

Classroom Courses

Students who cancel before 7 business days of the start date of the registered class will receive 100% refund. Students who cancel 7 to 5 business days will receive 50% refund, and/or have the option to re-schedule their class date for a $25.00 re-scheduling fee. Students who cancel with less then 5 business dates of the class start date will receive a school credit. There is a $25.00 re-scheduling fee for registering for a new class.
